The Lung Association offers pre-tax savings account options so employees can pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses tax-free.

Retirement Plan

To help prepare for financial independence during retirement, employees can contribute to their retirement account on either a pre-tax or Roth basis. We also offer an employer match (up to 4%) and year-end discretionary contributions.

Paid Leave & Holidays

Time away from work is necessary for employee well-being. We offer a generous paid leave package that new employees are eligible for upon hire. The policy includes paid vacation, sick and personal days, and 12 paid holidays every year.

Employee Assistance Program

Work and life can get stressful. Our Employee Assistance Program offers all employees and their eligible household members access to resources and licensed counselors to help with personal, family care, legal and financial challenges.

Work-Life Balance

As part of the Lung Association’s commitment to a healthy work-life balance, we support alternate work arrangements, such as flexible work schedules and telecommuting options (up to three days per week).
